Our consultant will then make specific recommendations that address any issues discovered during the survey.Their recommendations will include:

- a summary of the anticipated financial and non-financial benefits
- a selection from our list of preferred suppliers for any replacement systems or applications
- an outline of the project plan to implement the changes, including recommended changes to any delivery mechanisms, the transfer of data, and how to minimize disruption to your business
